Click on “Add New” under Latest discussions to add new topic, From the drop down select the appropriate forum it belongs too. 

what are the rules?

There’s no limit to discussions or what topic you want to discuss but keep it close to internet marketing, search and web analytics. All other discussions should come under the forum “general” 

No job posting allowed, This is not a job board hence no job postings will be entertained

A Dedicated job board will come up in the future :-)

Are there moderators ? 

Yes to ensure there’s no spam, there will be moderators
